I may be face of SONAI but believe me there are equally deserving Dashrath Shrirang Mane colleagues working incessantly to unleash the best value for milk farmers, best nutrition for consumers and also to contribute to the economy of the country. Every business small or big needs crystal clear vision, a detailed road map in terms of mission and discipline. I served in Indian military for seven years. ‘Never say die’ attitude to face any adversity picked up there helped me build and groom team SONAI firstly by expanding their capabilities with motivation and then instilling confidence to perform to their truest potential on consistent basis.

Milk business is a quite competitive one. Though SONAI made a humble beginning but never compromised on quality and business principles and always held head high when it came to transparency and accountability. Slowly and steadily milk farmers’ as well as customers’ trust in SONAI transformed into unprecedented growth for everyone.

Today we are the largest single location plant in private sector but we believe it’s just one of the milestones in our long and thriving journey. So much more is yet to achieve and there is no room for respite!
